Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026 · Türkçe

1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing Clone Cats (the "Game") you accept these terms. The Game is provided by ALFA Dizayn ("we").

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. The Game's code, art, sounds and brand belong to us or our licensors.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

In-game items such as coins, fishbones, chests, cards and cats have no real-money value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or used outside the Game. You receive a license to use them, not ownership. We may change their values and contents to balance the Game.

4. Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store under that store's terms. Refund requests follow the store's refund process; your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected. Chest contents are random; the odds are shown in the Game under each chest's "Odds" section. Season passes apply to the season (calendar month) they are bought for.

5. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (Clone Cats Premium)

Clone Cats Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. Each plan's title, length and price are shown in the Game before you buy; the price is set by the store in your local currency.

• Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Free trial: where a free trial is offered (for example 3 days on the yearly plan, for eligible new subscribers), the subscription starts at the end of the trial and is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Where applicable, any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel any time: App Store — Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; Google Play — Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. The Premium page in the Game also has a "Manage subscription" button. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; your statutory rights are not affected.
• Benefits are listed on the Premium page (currently: no interstitial ads, rewards of rewarded-ad buttons without watching an ad, daily fishbones, a weekly chest, extra daily arena matches and a profile frame). They are in-game content under section 3; changes apply from the next renewal and are announced in the Game.
• Restore: on a new device signed in to the same store account, use "Restore" on the Premium page.
• Paw Pass Premium (season pass) is a separate one-time purchase and is not part of the subscription.

6. Online Features and Fair Play

Cheating, editing save files, manipulating the device clock for rewards, using automation tools, exploiting bugs for unfair gain or reverse-engineering the Game is not allowed. Player names must not be offensive or impersonate others. In such cases we may reset progress, remove arena results, or revoke purchased content.

7. Availability

The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, suspend the Game temporarily, or end it with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the last 12 months.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights you have in your country are not affected.

Kullanım Şartları (Türkçe)

Son güncelleme: 1 Ekim 2026

1. Kabul. Clone Cats'i ("Oyun") indirerek veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Oyunu ALFA Dizayn sunar.

2. Lisans.

3. Sanal para ve içerik. Pati, kılçık, sandık, kart ve kediler gibi oyun içi öğeler gerçek para değeri taşımaz; paraya çevrilemez, devredilemez ve Oyun dışında kullanılamaz. Bu öğelerin kullanım lisansını alırsınız, mülkiyetini değil. Denge için değerlerini değiştirebiliriz.

4. Satın alımlar. Google Play veya App Store üzerinden, ilgili mağazanın koşullarıyla yapılır. İadeler mağazanın süreçlerine tabidir; tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır. Sandık içerikleri rastgeledir; olasılıklar Oyun içinde her sandığın "Oranlar" bölümünde gösterilir. Sezon bileti satın alındığı sezon (takvim ayı) için geçerlidir.

5. Otomatik yenilenen abonelik (Clone Cats Premium).

• Ayrıcalıklar Premium sayfasında listelenir (şu an: geçiş reklamı yok, ödüllü reklam düğmelerinin ödülü reklam izlemeden, günlük kılçık, haftalık sandık, günlük ek arena maçları ve profil çerçevesi). Bunlar 3. maddedeki oyun içi içeriktir; değişiklikler bir sonraki yenilemeden itibaren geçerli olur ve Oyun içinde duyurulur.
• Geri yükleme: aynı mağaza hesabıyla açılmış yeni bir cihazda Premium sayfasındaki "Geri Yükle" düğmesini kullanın.
• Pati Yolu Premium (sezon bileti) ayrı, tek seferlik bir satın alımdır; aboneliğe dahil değildir.

6. Adil oyun.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırı. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda Oyun için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu haklar saklıdır.
