Clone Cats — mobile game
This Privacy Policy explains what data the Clone Cats mobile game (the "Game") processes, why, and how you can delete it. You never need to create an account or give us your name, e-mail address or phone number to play.
Option 1 — In the Game (immediate)
This permanently deletes, at once: the save on your device, the cloud save and anonymous game account on our server, your arena profile, arena results, friend list and duel invites, the game usage data described in 1.7, and the copy of your progress kept in your Google Play Games / iCloud account.
Option 2 — By e-mail
Write to info@alfadizayn.com with the subject "Clone Cats Data Deletion" and, if you have one, your friend code (Game → Clone Arena → Friends). Without a friend code we cannot find an anonymous save, so please use the in-game option. Requests are completed within 30 days. Uninstalling the Game alone does not delete the cloud copy.
Purchases: store transaction records are kept by Apple / Google / our purchase provider where the law requires it; deleting your data does not refund purchases.
Stages, cats, in-game currencies and settings are stored on your device. When cloud save is available, they are also backed up on our server (Supabase) under a randomly generated anonymous ID that is not linked to your name or contact details.
On Android, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, the Game keeps a copy of your progress and a random recovery key in your own Google account ("Saved Games"). On iPhone, the same copy is kept in your iCloud. This lets a reinstall or a new phone with the same account get your progress back automatically. We do not receive your Google or Apple account details.
The Game gives you an automatic player name (e.g. "Mochi-4821"), which you can change in Settings. Your player name, your friend code, player level, trophies and arena match results (stage, time, lives used) are shown to other players as rivals or friends. Your friend list and duel invites are stored on our server under your anonymous ID. Please don't use your real name as a player name.
Live arena connection. To play without lag, a live arena match connects the two phones directly (peer-to-peer); for this, each phone's IP address is visible to the other device for the length of the match. When a direct link isn't possible, the match is relayed through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Realtime TURN), which handles the IP addresses only to pass the game inputs. Only game inputs travel — no voice, video or chat.
Report and block. You can report a player's name or block a friend in the Game (Clone Arena → Friends, and the match result screen). Reports are reviewed; offensive names are renamed or removed and repeat offenders lose access to online features.
Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your card details. To verify and deliver purchases, our provider RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and transaction data (product, date, transaction number).
The Game has rewarded ads that you choose to watch and, for players who have not made a purchase, a full-screen ad between stages every few stages (never with Premium or after any purchase). Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process device information, the advertising identifier and IP address to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud (see section 5).
Reminders are scheduled on your device only; no data is sent to a server for them. You can turn them off in the Game settings or your device settings.
To find stages that are too hard, fix crashes and improve the Game, the following is sent to our server under your anonymous ID: session length, stages played and their result (difficulty, time, paws used), ad and store steps (e.g. "purchase started / completed"), game errors, and device model, operating system, app version, language and country (2-letter country code only). No advertising ID is used for this, IP addresses are not stored with it, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos, and we do not sell your data.
Data is kept while you use the Game. Arena results older than 14 days are no longer used for matchmaking. Game usage and diagnostic data (1.7) is deleted after 90 days. You can delete everything at any time (see How to Delete Your Data).

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. No personal data is requested to play.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is ALFA Dizayn. Write to info@alfadizayn.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Server data is protected by row-level security: each anonymous account can only reach its own save.
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date above.
