This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the Reflexly brain training application (the "App").

🗑️ How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Reflexly account and all associated data in either of the following ways:
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Reflexly and go to Settings > Account Information.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to info@alfadizayn.com with:
- Subject: "Reflexly Account Deletion Request"
- The email address registered to your account
- Your username
What gets deleted & when: Your request is processed within 30 days. The following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information (username, email, gender, birth year)
- All game scores and statistics
- Level, XP, and badge data
- Your favorite games list
- Leaderboard records
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register for Reflexly, we collect:
- Email address
- Username
- Password (stored encrypted)
- Gender (optional)
- Birth year (optional)
1.2 Game & Usage Data
To improve your experience, we collect:
- Game scores and statistics
- Level and XP information
- Daily streak data
- Badges and achievements
- Favorite games
- Leaderboard ranking
1.3 Device Information
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version
2. How We Use Information
- Service delivery: to create and manage your account
- Game experience: to save your scores and track your progress
- Leaderboard: to compare rankings with other players
- Personalization: to tailor the experience to your preferences
- Improvement: to enhance app performance and features
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3.1 Service Providers
- Supabase: database and authentication services (US-based, GDPR-compliant)
3.2 Leaderboard
Only your username and scores are visible to other users on the leaderboard. Your email address and other personal information are never shared.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or a request from an official authority.
4. Data Security
- Encryption: all data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
- Secure storage: passwords are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm
- Access control: only authorized personnel can access data
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: your data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: all data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
6. Your Rights
6.1 Right of Access
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
6.2 Right to Rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You can also update your details in the app under Settings > Account Information.
6.3 Right to Erasure
You may delete your account and all associated data. See the Account Deletion section above.
6.4 Data Portability
You may obtain your data in a structured format.
7. Children's Privacy
Reflexly is designed for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has shared information with us, we will delete it promptly.
8. Advertising
Reflexly may display advertisements. Third-party ad networks may be used, and these networks may collect anonymous usage data to show you more relevant ads.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will:
- Send an in-app notification
- Publish the updated policy on this page
- Update the "Last updated" date
10. GDPR (EU Residents)
If you reside in the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to:
- Object to automated decision-making
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
- Request restriction of data processing
11. KVKK (Turkey)
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the data controller is ALFA Dizayn (info@alfadizayn.com). You may submit data-related requests in writing to that address; requests are answered within 30 days.
