This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the Reflexly brain training application (the "App").

🗑️ How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Reflexly account and all associated data in either of the following ways:
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Reflexly and go to Settings > Account Information.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to info@alfadizayn.com with:
- Subject: "Reflexly Account Deletion Request"
- The email address registered to your account
- Your username
What gets deleted & when: In-app deletion takes effect immediately; email requests are processed within 30 days. The following data is permanently removed:
- Your login account and profile information (username, email, gender, birth year)
- All game scores, statistics, level, XP and badge data
- Your favorite games list and leaderboard records
- Messages you sent or received, friend connections and block lists
- Versus (1v1) matches and notifications
- Subscription records and your app settings
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel it in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings.
Reports you submitted about other users may be retained in anonymized form where required to keep the community safe.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register for Reflexly, we collect:
- Email address
- Username
- Password (stored encrypted)
- Gender (optional)
- Birth year (optional)
1.2 Game & Usage Data
To improve your experience, we collect:
- Game scores and statistics
- Level and XP information
- Daily streak data
- Badges and achievements
- Favorite games
- Leaderboard ranking
1.3 Social Features
- Friend requests and friend connections
- Messages you exchange with friends
- Versus (1v1) match invitations and results
- Users you block, and reports you submit about other users (a report may include recent messages the reported user sent you, as evidence)
- Your settings: notification, messaging and advertising preferences
1.4 Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive your card details. We store the subscription product, transaction identifiers and expiry date, and verify them with Apple or Google to activate Premium.
1.5 Device Information
- Device type and model
- Operating system version and language
- App version
- Push notification token (only if you allow notifications)
- Advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), only with your consent / tracking permission
2. How We Use Information
- Service delivery: to create and manage your account
- Game experience: to save your scores and track your progress
- Leaderboard: to compare rankings with other players
- Personalization: to tailor the experience to your preferences
- Improvement: to enhance app performance and features
- Social features & notifications: to deliver messages, friend requests, versus invitations and the notifications you enabled
- Safety: to review reports and act against abusive users
- Purchases: to verify subscriptions and provide Premium
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3.1 Service Providers
- Supabase: database, authentication and server functions (GDPR-compliant)
- Google AdMob: advertising (see section 8)
- Apple and Google: sign-in (Sign in with Apple / Google) and in-app purchases
- Expo (650 Industries): delivery of push notifications
3.2 Leaderboard
Only your username, avatar, level and scores are visible to other users. Your email address and other personal information are never shown to other users. Messages are visible only to you and the friend you exchange them with (and to our moderators if a message is reported).
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or a request from an official authority.
4. Data Security
- Encryption: all data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
- Secure storage: passwords are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm
- Access control: only authorized personnel can access data
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: your data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: all data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
6. Your Rights
6.1 Right of Access
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
6.2 Right to Rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You can also update your details in the app under Settings > Account Information.
6.3 Right to Erasure
You may delete your account and all associated data. See the Account Deletion section above.
6.4 Data Portability
You may obtain your data in a structured format.
7. Children's Privacy
Reflexly is designed for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has shared information with us, we will delete it promptly.
8. Advertising
The free version of Reflexly shows ads served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): before any ad is requested we ask for your consent through Google's certified consent tool. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad Privacy Options.
- iOS tracking: personalized ads are only shown if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Opt-out: you can turn off personalized ads in Settings > Privacy; you will then see non-personalized ads.

8a. User Safety & Reporting
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can block any user and report them from their profile or from a chat. Reports are reviewed and may lead to content removal or account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will:
- Send an in-app notification
- Publish the updated policy on this page
- Update the "Last updated" date
10. GDPR (EU Residents)
If you reside in the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to:
- Object to automated decision-making
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
- Request restriction of data processing
11. KVKK (Turkey)
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the data controller is ALFA Dizayn (info@alfadizayn.com). You may submit data-related requests in writing to that address; requests are answered within 30 days.
